Our client is a MNC in Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Treasury Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Cash & Treasury Operations
- Manage daily cash flow, loan drawdowns, FX hedging, fund transfers, and settlement
- Oversee cash management and borrowing strategies to optimize working capital.
- Forecast cash collections/disbursements and coordinate month-end treasury reporting.
- Support overseas subsidiaries on fund management, financing, and cash flow analysis.
- Liaise with banks and intercompany credit facilities.
Capital Strategy & Advisory
- Assess cost of capital and maintain an optimal financing mix.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and provide financial/market outlooks.
- Recommend banking products and financial solutions for efficiency and growth.
- Support M&A and restructuring from a treasury perspective.
Risk & Hedging Management
- Implement FX and interest rate hedging strategies.
- Ensure interest rate structures support profitability and compliance.
- Identify risks and perform ad-hoc analyses to mitigate exposures.
Policy, Governance & Process Improvement
- Develop and communicate global cash management policies.
- Benchmark best practices and identify strategic funding needs.
- Drive process and system improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Banking Relations & Administration
- Evaluate bank services, fees, and recommend savings or added services.
- Manage bank accounts: openings, closures, signatories, and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
- Minimum 7 years relevant Treasury experience (regional or global role)
- CPA or CFA designation is preferred
