Position: Treasury Manager (Central)
The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with an SGX-listed Co. with a business presence in over 10 Countries. We are seeking a treasury professional with exposure to debt management to join the treasury team!
- As the Treasury Manager, you will be working closely with the internal & external stakeholders across the treasury team, finance team, and banks for debt management-related matters.
The Role
- Ensure adequate funding availability to support the company's capital investment and operational requirements.
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, bond issuances, and share repurchase activities, to optimize funding efficiency and balance sheet strength.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate exposure, liquidity risk, and foreign exchange positions, associated with the company's borrowing activities.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to support financing needs and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the upgrading and implementation of treasury management systems to enhance process efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of relevant treasury experience in the multinational company environment with a debt management background.
- Exposure to using the Treasury Management System or SAP is a plus.
- Detail-oriented & self-motivated with good interpersonal skills to work in a diversified environment.
- Candidate with an immediate or short-notice period would be an advantage.
