Dealing in FX and interest-related derivatives, commodity-related dealing, MM, and fixed-income investment, etc.
Responsible for FX and other derivatives-related net open position management, trading within MAS and CMB HO's authorization to generate profit for the branch
Cooperate with Corporate Banking and Private Banking's financial markets product teams to develop new products and improve existing ones provided to the branch's customers
Quote competitive and fair market prices to the front office efficiently and manage the position in a timely manner
Expand FI counterparties to enhance trading ability
Initiate and establish treasury new-product policies and promote system modifications to enhance productivity and efficiency
Other tasks as assigned by Management and the Department Head from time to time.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in treasury dealing functions, i.e. FX Derivatives dealing, Interest Derivatives dealing, Money Market dealing, and Fixed Income investment, etc.
Familiar with financial-market-related booking systems, such as MUREX
Have good FI counterparty relationships and able to explore new counterparties for the bank
Self-motivated to develop new treasury products/business and lead system and process modifications
Completed the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices (FMRP) Exam
Completed the CM-EIP exam or holds diplomas that satisfy the exemption
RES Modules 12B or 1A and 2B preferred
Preferably with FX Market Training Certificate granted by CFETS
Proficient in all trading-related platforms, including REUTERS, BLOOMBERG, Murex, etc.
Liaise and communicate with CMB HO, different departments within the branch, and FI counterparties
