Our client is a well established Consumer business and they are now seeking a Treasury Assistant Manager to join them. This is a newly created position that will commence as a 1-year contract.
About The Job.
Reporting to the Treasury Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing corporate treasury activities and managing financial risk across a multi-entity structure. You will take ownership of end-to-end funding operations, daily cash positioning, and debt financing strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will drive treasury system automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders on regional market expansions, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate foreign exchange and settlement risks.
Skills And Experience Required.
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional qualification like CA or ACCA, backed by a strict minimum of 6 years of treasury experience. A non-negotiable requirement for this role is proven expertise in executing debt financing operations alongside deep technical knowledge of safeguarding rules, high-volume financial flows, and treasury management systems. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a resilient, analytical mindset are essential to navigate ambiguity under pressure.
