Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple entities, currencies, and banking partners.
- Execute payments, settlements, and cash pooling activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure optimal utilization of cash resources and compliance with internal treasury policies.
- Assist in short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to support trading and corporate activities.
- Support issuance, amendment, and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, and Bank Guarantees.
- Liaise with banks to secure trade financing, working capital facilities, and competitive pricing.
- Review and manage collateral requirements for commodity trades (e.g., margin calls, variation margins).
- Maintain strong relationships with banking counterparts to support the company's global operations.
- Support execution and monitoring of FX, interest rate, and commodity hedging transactions.
- Track and reconcile mark-to-market (MTM) exposures in coordination with risk and trading teams.
- Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports (liquidity, debt, FX exposure, and cash flow variance).
- Analyze treasury KPIs, funding costs, and bank performance to recommend process improvements.
- Assist with system enhancements, process automation, and treasury projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or trade finance (preferably within oil & gas, commodities trading).
- Strong understanding of cash management, FX products, trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees), and risk management tools.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural trading environment.
