We are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to begin their careers in sales and marketing with a structured development pathway.
This role provides comprehensive training in customer engagement, campaign execution, and performance management. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into team leadership and management roles based on measurable performance and demonstrated capability.
No prior experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Represent assigned brands at marketing events and campaigns
Engage customers professionally and communicate product value clearly
Achieve individual and team performance targets
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Support and mentor new team members as responsibilities expand
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
