Travel Specialist | TTC | Call Centre

Are you passionate about travel and driven by results TTC is looking for an enthusiastic Travel Specialist to join our Call Centre team and help deliver unforgettable travel experiences to guests across our Guided Holidays portfolio.

About the Role

As a Travel Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our sales operation converting enquiries into bookings, building lasting guest relationships, and delivering exceptional service across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Head of Direct and Call Centre, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring every guest feels confident and excited about their journey with us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sales & Conversions - Manage and convert inbound leads via phone, email and web into confirmed bookings, while conducting outbound follow-up calls to nurture interest into sales
  • End-to-End Guest Servicing - Offer a full suite of travel solutions including flights, rail, pre/post accommodation and Gold Seal Protection
  • Target Achievement - Execute direct sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs
  • CRM & GDS Management - Maintain accurate bookings, leads and guest records using CRM systems (including Salesforce) and GDS platforms
  • Guest Relationship Ownership - Own the full guest journey from first contact through to post-travel follow-up, turning every interaction into a memorable Moment of Truth
  • Customer Relations - Handle passenger feedback received across email, phone, WhatsApp and other channels with professionalism and care
  • Travel Fairs - Represent the TTC brand at consumer and trade exhibitions

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Proven tele-sales and customer service background with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales conversion and commission-based targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and GDS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining a professional, guest-first approach
  • Strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for travel
  • Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays during Roadshows and Travel Fairs
