MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the Accounting Manager (AP), the Finance Executive is responsible for supporting a range of accounting and related activities, including managing accounts payable operations to ensure accurate recording of expenses and timely settlement to vendors, as well as other month end closing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and handle accounts payable operations, including validation and posting of invoices
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of vendor invoice payments and monitoring of cash balance
• Respond to queries from vendors & other departments
• Support month-end closing activities
• Support audit and tax-related activities
• Review processes for continuous improvement; support system enhancements and implementation as needed
• Ad-hoc finance related assignments

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; motivated with high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives
