MAIN PURPOSE
We are looking for a Commercial Executive (9 months contract - maternity cover). The role supports the Korea team acts as an interface between the Area Sales Manager, Retailers/Customers & internal teams to provide reliable support to the commercial team across a full range of commercial activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing overall Sales Administrative Support for Commercial Team
- Assist Commercial Team in in sales-administration reporting, analysis and daily business management including and not limiting to the following:
PO:
- Assisting Area Manager to follow up and keep track of POs received from retailers to have timely submission
- Screening, tracking monthly PO to check, monitor and highlight out of stock, unfulfillment status, newness fulfilment etc. Provide timely summary and update of monthly PO order and status
- Advise customers on their purchase orders/shipments on any stock/shipment related issues
- Prepare and assist in the filling of templates for various accounts and ensure that orders from retailers are accurate
Reporting :
- Analyse and present insights on overview of sell in/sell out figures for ASM monthly outlook
- Track promo rebates to analyse savings per quarter
- To provide insights through analysis of SIT reports (Highlight DC SKUs, Items that are not planned for any PR/BC Focus/Activity by the RMs)
- Ensure timely consolidation and accuracy of internal reports (e.g. CP report from retailers, dept trends, SIT, newness tracking etc) and other adhoc data analysis
- Compile and consolidate department trends from retailers and sales analysis to prepare for monthly meeting / store visit factsheet preparation
- Interface with relevant stakeholders on any payment / financial claim matters (e.g. credit notes, returns sales orders etc)
- Responsible for raising and tracking all Purchase Requisition (PR), invoices for expenses related to the running of business
- Access new launch information with marketing team to prepare and update assortment and paperwork required at retailers end and/or testers for counters
- Tracking and monitoring of POSMs and to ensure optimum usage and accurate allocation, and to ensure timely arrival in stores
- Allocate sample products (e.g. Goods with Purchase, self-assembled bags) accordingly to regions and respective counter doors
- Work closely with Retail & Education Team provide timely update on BCs movement in the region (new hire or resignation)
- Compile and consolidate Beauty Advisors purchase items, incentives and voucher pay-out
- Ensure smooth execution and coordination of market-specific regulatory requirements and/or for customs clearance needs
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to commit starting from 1 November 2025 for 9 months
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- At least one to two years of relevant working experience
- Good sense of commercial awareness
- Good inter-personal and communication skills with ability to communicate with internal & external parties
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
