The Travel Retail Account Coordinator, SEA Hongkong Macau Taiwan (TRAC) supports the Travel Retail Senior Area Manager, SEA Hongkong Macau Taiwan (TRSAM) in the commercial operations & administrative executions across the full perimeters. Standing in as an essential contact point for all retailers in Southeast Asia, Hongkong Macau Taiwan region on operational matters, to coordinate and channel through all relevant information with the agreement of the TRSAM.
PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Provide information to retailers and follow through the registrations process to ensure we have novelties & GWP registered for counter usage.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SERVICING
Be the guardian of all the customers information and data in order to be able to analyze, decide or give information internally and externally at any point of time.
BUDGET MONITORING / STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Provide TRSAM with all the information needed to follow and manage the SEA HK Macau Taiwan P&L, while ensuring finance processes regarding expenses are respected.
BEAUTY COACH MANAGEMENT
Contribute to build and animate the BC community by ensuring a smooth communication on operational topics and KPIs.
POS DISPLAY & MERCHANDISING
Liaise with each region with SEA HK Macau Taiwan to ensure timely and accurate POSM ordering.
