About the Role - Travel Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Operations Associate to support our day-to-day travel operations as a Travel Operations Associate (Trainee). This role plays a key part in coordinating travel arrangements, supporting our clients-primarily from Japan-and contributing to the planning of meaningful travel experiences. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and have a strong interest in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

. Handle travel reservations and inquiries with suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, meal vendors, and other service partners

. Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and smooth travel arrangements

. Provide customer care and operational support

. Assist in planning travel itineraries and researching new travel programmes and destinations

. Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

. Japanese language proficiency is not required

. Strong interest in Japan, Japanese culture, or Japan-related travel is essential

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

. Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
