You'll be handling travel enquiries from start to finish - advising clients, building itineraries, and converting them into confirmed bookings.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role. You need to be responsive, accurate, and confident managing multiple enquiries at the same time.
what you'll be doing
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Build customised itineraries across flights, hotels, and tours
- Use Amadeus for pricing, ticketing, and reissues
- Recommend suitable options based on client needs and budget
- Follow up on leads to maximise conversion
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and client requests
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

- Hands-on experience with Amadeus (pricing, ticketing, reissues)
- Able to manage multiple enquiries without delays
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is critical
- Clear and confident communication with clients
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
