Job Summary

This role is mainly responsible for overseeing corporate travel arrangements and managing employee expense reporting in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa coordination
  • Administer and monitor the company's travel and expense (T&E) policies
  • Review, verify, and process employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely reimbursement of approved expenses
  • Monitor travel and expense costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Coordinate with travel vendors, agencies, and service providers to negotiate rates and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Handle employee queries related to travel bookings, expense claims, and policy interpretation
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Generate periodic reports on travel spend, expense trends, and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in travel and expense management from corporates or relevant work experience from travel agencies
  • Strong knowledge of travel and expense management processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
