Job Responsibilities
1. On-site Fleet Management at Customer Warehouse (Core Responsibility)
- Daily Attendance & Dispatching: Visit the customer warehouse in the morning to verify attendance of outsourced fleets and arrange daily dispatch tasks and routes.
- Loading Supervision: Supervise the loading process on-site to ensure standardized and timely cargo loading.
- Exception Handling: Resolve outstanding delivery and distribution issues from the previous day and coordinate on-site problem-solving.
- COD Collection: Collect and consolidate daily Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments to ensure timely cash flow recovery.
- Documentation Management: Compile and submit daily dispatch documents and operational reports.
2. Transportation Operations & System Management
- End-to-End System Operations: Manage all transportation-related system activities in Singapore, including order entry, tracking, exception reporting, and billing reconciliation.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data to support business decisions.
- Process Optimization: Propose improvements to operational workflows based on system feedback.
3. Business Project Implementation & Coordination
- Execution Monitoring: Track execution of transportation operations within projects, identify issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution across all stages.
Job Requirements
1. Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics operations or fleet management, with familiarity with the Singapore logistics market and regulations.
2. Skills:
- Proficient in logistics systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).
- Strong on-site management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in an operational/field environment with basic English communication skills.
3. Competencies:
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
