Transportation Manager (Logistics MNC)

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the 3PL Logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Transportation Manager to be part of their Transportation team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.

The Transportation Manager's responsible is:

• Oversee and support all transportation-related operations across business units
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs
• Investigate operational breaches, implement corrective actions, and manage critical compliance issues
• Manage subcontractors, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive service improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, and oversee P&L performance
• Monitor operational standards to ensure service delivery meets stipulated KPIs
• Support Sales and other business functions in tenders and customer solutions
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to HSSE standards by staff and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years of land transportation operations experience
• Degree in Logistics operation related field
