. Maintain and ensure timely up to date shipment data into relevant systems accurately

. Monitor shipment performance to ensure on-time delivery and resolve or escalate issues to management as needed

. Review and investigate into shipment delivery failures and work on resolutions to prevent occurrences

. Shown analytical skills and ability to look at operational data and reports daily, understand the broader context of issues and take effective steps to root cause and resolve scenarios or inspire change with the partners

. Ability to work in fast paced environment

. Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Mandatory Requirement:

. At least Diploma holder

. SAP knowledge is required

. Microsoft office (eg: Outlook, Excel) application is required

. Familiar with international trade and shipment incoterm

. DG and Cold Chain knowledge is preferred

. Comfortable in handling and analysing mass data

. Team Player
