Job Description
- The TIM shall prepare the schedule and oversee the T&I (Transportation and Installation) activities in accordance with project specifications and procedures.
- The TIM shall manage subordinate staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that project goals are met within the allocated budget.
- The TIM shall coordinate with multiple departments related to T&I for the project.
- The TIM shall supervise the performance of the team and address any issues during the T&T (Testing and Commissioning) phase.
- The TIM shall attend project meetings and provide updates on the status of the activities.
- The TIM shall liaise and review with T&I companies regarding transportation and installation processes, approaches, and timelines to mitigate any risks to the schedule.
- The TIM shall develop and drive logistics concepts for the project, from conception through to completion.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Familiarity with the offshore oil & gas and renewables business.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Experience in T&I procedures, scheduling, and offshore heavy-lifting requirements.
