TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a technically rigorous and operationally elite Transport Operations Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and resilience of large-scale transport systems in Singapore. This role requires deep expertise in real-time control systems, operations research, data analytics, and incident command, ensuring high reliability across mission-critical networks.

You will be accountable for end-to-end transport operations performance, integrating engineering systems, digital platforms, and frontline execution to meet stringent regulatory and service standards.

Lead 24/7 operations through Operations Control Centers (OCC/NOC)

Manage real-time service delivery, including headway control, dispatching, and route optimization

Execute dynamic service recovery strategies during disruptions using live system data

Maintain strict adherence to service reliability and safety thresholds
