Job Description
Join our dynamic Transport Operations team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across our 3PL network. You will collaborate and work with a team of transport controllers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to optimize daily operations and uphold service excellence through effective planning and in-house systems management.
Your Key Responsibilities as Follows:
- Managing and planning day to day transport deployment of vehicles and drivers and dispatching of vehicles and drivers efficiently.
- Ensuring that all delivery / collection schedules are completed on time.
- Daily check for vessel ETA, yard of collection/returning, booking processing
- Monitoring ongoing operations to ensure timely execution and delivery / collection.
- Liaising / communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer's request are met.
- Liaising with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
- Competent in planning & organizing daily transport job schedule.
- Update delivery / collection details in computer system.
- Data entry into computer system for records and driver incentives payment.
- Verifying the driver monthly salary and clarify the record is correct.
- Investigating with driver for any complain or incident happen.
- Ensuring driver are fully compliant to company safety policies and standards.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge on Singapore roads (an added advantage)
- Independent learner who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated with a positive working attitude
- Relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or related fields preferred
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturday 8.30 am to 12.30pm
