Job Description:-
-Management of network incidents escalation from L1/L2, incident and problem response. -Responsible to work with respective infra team in troubleshooting and identify root cause. -Responsible to work with the respective network vendor's support teams for the troubleshooting, identification and resolution of network problem. -Handling of the critical network incidents under pressure situation to resolve in timely manner to minimize business impact. -Attend conference call with other support teams for the problem identification and resolution. -Must have good communication skills and able to work independently. -Must adhere to process and policies of Internet customers. -Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Requirements: -
-Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science.
-In-depth understanding of Transmission network concepts - SDH, MPLS-TP, DWDM, MS-OTN, ASON, Ramon, FIDS. -Advanced hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network problems. -Logical thinking and problem analysis skills to troubleshoot complex network problem to isolate the root cause and provide suitable resolution. -HCIE Transmission certification is an advantage.
-Experience in independently delivering projects. -Familiarity with Huawei Transmission products and solutions
