Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enterprisewide agency transformation initiatives endtoend, with clear accountability for outcomes, adoption, and impact.
  • Translate strategic intent into scalable operating models, ways of working, and execution plans that drive measurable results.
  • Engage senior leaders as active change owners, aligning the organisation behind a clear, unified transformation agenda.
  • Lead handson change at scale, driving sustained shifts in behaviors, capabilities, and frontline execution.
  • Use data, performance metrics, and adoption signals to steer delivery, identify resistance early, and coursecorrect decisively.
  • Orchestrate crossfunctional processes, systems, and incentives to embed change into businessasusual operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading largescale transformation initiatives, with direct ownership for delivery and adoption outcomes.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, shaping operating models, governance, and ways of working within complex organisations.
  • Trusted and credible partner to senior leaders, able to challenge, influence, and mobilise them as owners of change.
  • Handson experience driving behaviour and capability change, embedding new ways of working into BAU environments.
  • Strongly datadriven and pragmatic, using performance and adoption insights to align systems, incentives, and execution.
