Transfer Agency Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Fund Managers with due diligence on investors, including name screening.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for various investment products.
• Understand performance fee methodologies and calculate performance fees accurately.
• Maintain shareholder registers and issue monthly statements to investors.
• Liaise with internal teams to generate reports and provide investor-related services.
• Process creation and redemption of ETF units on SGX according to Operating Guidelines.
• Ensure underlying trades are settled in compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare preliminary files for Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and FATCA tax reporting.
• Support new fund launches by providing Transfer Agency services.
