Position: Indonesian Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$50/hour
Commitment:1020 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe and optimize Indonesian audio and video content, ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Indonesian and English for consistent model assessments.
- Conduct model testing and grading, evaluating outputs for accuracy and fluency.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance in Indonesian audio tasks.
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance to maintain consistency and reliability in datasets.
- Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and enhance task design.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian and professional fluency in English.
- Ability to accurately transcribe and analyze Indonesian audio content.
- Available to commit 1020 hours per week.
Preferred
- College students or recent graduates.
- Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, or technical disciplines.
- Prior experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Indonesian.
- Familiarity with dialectal variations and regional speech patterns in Indonesian.
- Interest in AI, language models, or applied research environments.
