Transaction Banking- VP AML Advisory & Oversight

Established international bank looking to hire an expansion headcount that will focus on AML advisory and monitoring for the transaction banking business across the APAC region.

The role will have visibility towards senior business stakeholders and work alongside AML veterans on strategic business decision making.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Keep abreast of AML regulatory developments and ensure policies, procedures and controls for the transaction banking business are robust and up to date.
• Provide AML advisory to the business and assist in navigating the regulatory landscape.
• Detect and report potential control weaknesses or non-compliance findings.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 10 years or more AML experience from corporate/transaction banking industry with strong product knowledge in cash management, trade finance, payments, correspondent banking.
• Strong stakeholders management skills.
• Able to work independently. Collaborative mindset.
