Job Description



Job Description:
. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
. Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs.
. Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
. Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor, and assess training effectiveness.
. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements.
. Maintain training records.
. Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system),
. ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available.
. Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members.
. Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report.
. Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees
. Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
. Eligible to Diploma
. Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position.
. Prior experience in training management preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Additional information:
. Working days: Monday to Friday
. Salary up to $3000
. Located in Paya Lebar
