Job Description

1.1. Execute predefined training programs to equip associates with the necessary Operational skills, knowledge and experience to perform the assigned task and compliance to standards.

1.2. Keep track of Plant Training Program - training matrix, plan, execution, and evaluation.

1.3. Oversee the On-the-Job training program effectiveness and efficiency. 1.4. Compile, govern and distribute training related reports.

1.5. Support Plant transformation journey via associates competency upskilling program.

1.6. Execute and keep track of Internal/External training - Registration, Gov grant, Certification, Evaluation, and records.

1.7. Create and prepare predefined training materials, support training arrangement and administrations.

1.8. Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability. Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company's rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resource materials.

1.9. Safety & health accountability: Safety and health are important to BD and we encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you. Such programs are to be attended in a timely manner to ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance to our safety guidelines and SOPs.

1.10. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
