Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives.
Optimize existing tools and resources to ensure accurate and timely assignment of learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS). Provide training and support to employees on utilizing services and applications to enhance their learning experience.
Develop and execute training plans, schedules and budgets to meet the training needs of employees and stakeholders with Singapore. Collaborate with management to ensure training programs are effectively implemented, communicated, and monitored in compliance with organizational goals.
Facilitate training sessions, including classroom-based, e-learning and On-The-Job trainings for employees and stakeholders at Bedok and Chai Chee.
Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting participants feedback, measuring impact on business outcomes and recommending improvements.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and overseeing training materials and equipment's. Participate in Learning and Development projects as needed.
Lead in training, production productivity and cost improvement projects
Support audit processes by attending to requirements and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, Engineering or relevant field.
Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is preferred. Technical certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
Hands-on experience with training delivery in cleanroom environments or high tech manufacturing is highly desired
Competence in creating engaging and effective training content ( instructor-led and e-learning )
Experience managing training logistics and documentation for audits ( ISO,IATF, etc )
Proficient in e-learning platforms ( Learning management System ), Microsoft office application and development of Power BI reports
Self-motivated, Adaptability and resourceful to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, Engineers, technicians, operators and HR.
