Training Provided | Locum Care Support Associate (CSA) - HJZ

We are looking for Locum Care Support Associates (CSA) whom are warm and kind-hearted to support inpatient care services!

Job Details

• Working Days: Minimum 3-4 days per week

• Shift: AM / PM shifts

• Contract: 3 months, renewable with potential for longer-term opportunities!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient observation and monitoring according to established protocols.

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring enhanced monitoring.

• Alert the nursing / care team to changes in patient condition or behaviour.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) where required.

• Support basic patient care and mobility needs.

• Assist with general ward activities and patient-related duties.

• Follow hospital policies, safety procedures and infection control requirements.

• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, caregiving or patient care is an advantage.

• Comfortable working with patients in an inpatient / hospital environment.

• Responsible, patient and able to follow established care and safety procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills!
