Training Project Manager

First Aid Trainer / PCT Experience Required | Training Operations | Stakeholder Management

AETOS is a leading integrated security and solutions provider in Singapore. Beyond security, we support businesses and communities through training, safety, operational readiness, facilities management, and integrated solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Training Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale training programmes across multiple stakeholders and operational environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, training operations, and stakeholder management experience, who is comfortable overseeing tactical, physical, and operational training programmes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be certified First Aid Trainers and/or possess strong Police Contact Tactics (PCT) training experience.

Key Responsibilities

Training Programme Management

  • Lead and manage large-scale training programmes and operational training projects

  • Oversee end-to-end planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of training initiatives

  • Ensure smooth coordination of training operations, logistics, manpower deployment, and resources

  • Support and oversee Contact Tactics Training and operational readiness programmes

  • Ensure training standards, safety requirements, and programme objectives are met

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and coordinate trainers, operational teams, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and senior management

  • Drive trainer readiness, capability development, and deployment planning

  • Handle stakeholder engagement and operational coordination across multiple projects

Safety, Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audit requirements, and operational standards

  • Oversee risk assessments, incident management, and training safety procedures

  • Support continuous improvement, process enhancement, and training innovation initiatives

  • Monitor programme KPIs, operational performance, and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Training, Project Management, or related fields

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in training operations, project management, or operational leadership roles

  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale training projects and stakeholders

  • Certified First Aid Trainer is a must

  • Strong Police Contact Tactics (PCT) training experience is highly preferred

  • Comfortable overseeing physical, tactical, and operational training environments

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and operationally driven environment

  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

  • ACLP / ACTA certification

  • BizSAFE Level 2

  • Background in uniformed services, security operations, enforcement, or tactical training

  • Experience in learning innovation, digital learning, or capability development
