Training Project Executive

Training Operations | Project Management

About AETOS

AETOS is a leading integrated security and solutions provider in Singapore. Beyond security, we support businesses and communities through training, safety, facilities management, and operational solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Training Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programmes and capability development initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and conducting training programmes in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates who are certified First Aid Trainers and/or have Police Contact Tactics (PCT) experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end training programme delivery

  • Conduct and facilitate First Aid training programmes

  • Manage training schedules, enrolment, attendance, and participant communications

  • Prepare training materials, assessments, attendance records, and documentation

  • Support trainers with training setup, logistics, and resources

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day training operations

Project & Operations Management

  • Manage multiple training projects and timelines simultaneously

  • Track project milestones, schedules, and operational deliverables

  • Support implementation of new training initiatives and programmes

  • Coordinate venue setup, training equipment, and operational logistics

  • Ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and on schedule

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and clients

  • Coordinate trainer schedules, procurement, and administrative matters

  • Support billing, quotations, and vendor coordination where required

Reporting & Administration

  • Track attendance, training evaluations, and KPI reports

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and post-training summaries

  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain proper training records and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Project Management, Training, Operations, or related fields

  • Certified First Aid Trainer is required

  • Candidates with Police Contact Tactics (PCT) training or operational training backgrounds will have an added advantage

  • Experience in training coordination, training operations, project management, or learning & development preferred

  • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred

  • Independent, detail-oriented, and hands-on

Good to Have

  • ACLP / ACTA certification

  • BizSAFE Level 2

  • Experience conducting corporate or public sector training programmes

  • Background in enforcement, operations, martial arts, or related disciplines
