Working Location: The incumbent will first work at Cleantech Loop and will move to our office located at Yishun within 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Receive guests and introduce company culture.
- Manage the cleaning and maintenance of cleanroom utensils & garments.
- Conduct 6S audits within the Fab.
- Manage daily operational HR audits within the factory.
- Implement organizational culture activities within the factory.
- Organize humanistic care activities for factory personnel.
- Conduct skills training for factory personnel.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft office software such as PPT, Excel, etc.
- Prior experience in Fab TPC related work is preferred.
