Training Manager

Job Description:

1. To conduct and update following Training Courses:

a. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Cargo Operation Training

b. Safety Management System (SMS) Familiarization Training

c. Advanced Safety Management System (SMS) Training

d. Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation & Safety Officer Training

2. To maintain & upgrade Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Simulator.

3. To support the development of e-learning modules under HELMS (Handy E-Learning Management System).

4. To monitor & support the other training implementation onboard or at local Training Centers.

5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Sailing experience as Master with experience of dry dock as Chief Officer on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Ship.

2. Preferably Certified with Train the Trainer certificate.

3. Good Knowledge of Company's Safety Management System.

4. Working experience on different type of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG Ships).

5. Computer literate and proficient in MS office application. Good knowledge and handling skill of navigational, cargo system and system equipment.
