Training Manager (Insurance)

A growing financial advisory platform is looking to hire a Training Manager to drive both product governance and adviser capability development across investment and insurance solutions.

This is a highly visible role partnering closely with leadership, compliance and distribution teams to shape training strategy, oversee product onboarding and support overall sales excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering structured training programmes for advisers and sales leaders
• Managing onboarding and review of investment & insurance solutions
• Conducting product due diligence and suitability assessments
• Designing blended learning initiatives across classroom, virtual and on-the-job coaching
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and governance standards
• Supporting market updates, sales ideas and product insight sessions

Ideal background:

• 3-5+ years within training, product management or sales governance in Financial Services
• Strong understanding of insurance / investment products and advisory frameworks
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Confident stakeholder management and training facilitation skills
