Training Manager/ Energy Oil & Gas MNC / West

Our Client is a leader in the Energy Oil and Gas industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Training Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the technical training requirements and develop the annual technical training plan.
• Designing training programs, sourcing for training providers, implementing the training plan, and evaluating the training effectiveness
• Managing the training budget and records, and preparing management reports.
• Develop and execute On-The-Job training, induction and onboarding programs.
• Supervise the organization and maintenance of the plant's document library.
• Responsible in ISO audits related to training.
• Coordinate and manage tours and orientation programs for new hires.
• Engage actively in organizational development projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Min degree in Engineering, Human Resource Learning or equivalent field.
• Min 4-5 years in manufacturing or oil & gas industry with proven track records
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
