Training Development & Execution
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on Quality (QSC standards)
Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions for outlet staff
Create structured training calendars and coordinate training schedules
Content Creation & SOP Management
Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, guides, and training videos
Film, edit, and produce training videos for operational and quality processes
Review and continuously improve existing SOPs to ensure clarity and practicality
Training Systems & Administration
Track training completion, attendance, and certification records
Prepare and analyze training reports and effectiveness metrics
Post-Training Follow-Up
Conduct post-training assessments and on-site follow-ups
Identify gaps in execution and reinforce training where needed
Work closely with Operations to ensure training translates into performance
Process Improvement
Simplify complex workflows into clear, easy-to-follow training content
Standardize best practices across outlets and central kitchen
Ad-hoc & Cross-functional Support
Support QSC initiatives, audits, and operational projects
Assist in rolling out new product or process training
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
