Job Description

Training Reporting

  • Work with Training Manager on the Training/ HR Reporting
  • Collate data for HQ Monthly Training Report/ Training by frequency & attendance report
  • Update and collate data for Training Monthly Productivity Report
  • Update Training Weekly Report
  • Provide summary for HR department Annual Report
  • Collect and consolidate the training results/feedbacks

Training Co-ordination

  • Liaise with CAG and operations on registration of new hires to CAG and QSM training course
  • Training Communications with all parties
  • Co-ordinate with Operations on brand training schedules/calendar and updates
  • Support Retail Trainers and Training Manager to send out the training invites for our onboarding programme, MCP, WOW, AOS, BAT etc.
  • Assist the Training Manager in sourcing for external courses like language course, MS office course etc

Training Administration

  • Maintain accurate training records for all staff in the store and office
  • Prepare training subsidy/grant application
  • Work with Training Executive (Brand) to collate data for reporting
  • Assist Training Manager on any Administration required
  • Assist to lead other ad hoc training activities/ projects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training co-ordination
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good written and oral English and local language
