Our client is a highly reputable EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor and solutions provider to the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. They're on a look out for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to drive their training and development. This is a Fixed Term contract of 24 months.
about the job
- Play a key role in organizing Regulatory Compliance programs
- Actively engage, coach, and act as a mentor to employees and contractors.
- Develop ideas and execute strategies for the training program.
- Organize and execute corporate programs using different methodologies
- Organize knowledge dissemination actions among company employees through the knowledge multiplier program.
- Define the training and development actions required for the annual training plan
- Train internal specialists/TA to support specific audits
- Conduct corporate trainings and workshop to enhance our inhouse capabilities and build better awareness and understanding of the regulations and compliance
- Train Quality Manager/Inspectors so that they can carry out site inspections related to Regulatory and Compliance
- Fostering a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives
- Promote and project organizational culture that supports compliance with policies and regulations.
- Promote Our Regulatory Compliance Vision to internal and external stakeholders.
job requirement
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas regulation and legislation is highly desirable, though not mandatory
- Must possess training experience in regulatory compliance
- Able to liaise and communicate with different stakeholders
- Post Graduate qualifications in HSSEQ discipline is highly desirable
