Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and scheduling.
  • Manage participant registrations and maintain clear communication before, during, and after sessions.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs in collaboration with internal trainers.
  • Provide class support during training sessions (e.g., technical setup, participant assistance).
  • Source training programs, vendors, and relevant resources to meet organizational needs.
  • Track attendance and compile accurate reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal trainers to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in training coordination.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Contract of 3 to 6 months with possible extension
