Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients through calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
  • Assist and involve in the marketing of training academy, new promotional initiatives and its portfolio of learning services.
  • Proactively establish, engage and maintain good working relationships with new/existing corporate clients, government agencies.
  • Support and provide administrative support in course registrations, scheduling, claim submissions and preparation of training facilities.
  • Meet regular reporting requests and performance expectations from both management and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver a good service experience through professional customer service engagement.
  • Perform assigned duties like testing of new systems and registration portals.
  • Daily registration for courses.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent for basic educational requirement.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
