Job Summary
To coordinate and support training course delivery by managing logistics, registrations, instructor assistance, and course effectiveness monitoring to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for course delivery by scheduling instructors, preparing classrooms, and arranging catering and equipment to ensure seamless training sessions
- Manage course registrations and enrollments by processing registrations and payments, distributing course materials and reminders, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates
- Support instructors by providing course materials, assisting with preparation and delivery, and collecting feedback and evaluations to enhance training quality
- Monitor and report on course effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback, tracking outcomes and ROI, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Assist with course development by researching new topics and formats, collaborating with subject matter experts, and updating course materials and content
- Maintain accurate records and databases by gathering participant information, tracking training history and compliance, and managing course schedules and registrations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support training operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or coordination role
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems to efficiently manage course logistics and data
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers to support diverse participant needs
