Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage overall operations, marketing and sales activities of the centre.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets and spending, forecast and analyse and monitor results and revise plans in line with the overall strategic goals.
  • Work with team members to reach or exceed projected sales and profit goals of the centre.
  • Manage and motivate the training team (full time and associate).
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to strive for performance excellence.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct evaluation and review of trainers and staff.
  • Stay current with the latest innovations/offering changes.
  • Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under the relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG and the company's policies and directives.
  • Protect organisation values by keeping information confidential.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or other disciplines.
  • Relevant work experience in area of operations, course administration, training development and management, sales supervision in training and education industry.
  • Prior work experience in leading a team is essential.
  • Ability to effectively manage training centre and staff.
  • Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment.
  • Possess strong work ethics and adhere to confidentiality.
