Manage overall operations, marketing and sales activities of the centre.
Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets and spending, forecast and analyse and monitor results and revise plans in line with the overall strategic goals.
Work with team members to reach or exceed projected sales and profit goals of the centre.
Manage and motivate the training team (full time and associate).
Develop and maintain a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to strive for performance excellence.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct evaluation and review of trainers and staff.
Stay current with the latest innovations/offering changes.
Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under the relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG and the company's policies and directives.
Protect organisation values by keeping information confidential.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or other disciplines.
Relevant work experience in area of operations, course administration, training development and management, sales supervision in training and education industry.
Prior work experience in leading a team is essential.
Ability to effectively manage training centre and staff.
Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment.
Possess strong work ethics and adhere to confidentiality.
