Job Description

. . Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).

. Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.

. Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.

. Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

. Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.

. Undertake additional tasks as required.

. Other ad-hoc projects may be required

Requirements

. Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions.

. Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).

. Able to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language (i.e. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil)

. Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service.

. Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

. Detailed and meticulous

. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

WFO - AMK

M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm
