. Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).
. Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
. Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
. Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
. Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
. Undertake additional tasks as required.
. Other ad-hoc projects may be required
Requirements
. Diploma in any discipline.
. Experience and knowledge in similar industry and the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred
. Customer service oriented.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
. Ability to drive change and improvement
