Job Description

Our Workforce Development team is dedicated to enabling MSB & MSH's Imperatives Future-ready people: Building a skilled and adaptable workforce to drive the company's success. As a MSH WD Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production operators are certified and recertified with zero overdue and no quality issues. You will conduct training and assessments, monitor certification efficiency, and support our engineering teams with new processes and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo train the trainer (TTT) and perform new process fan out

  • Perform certification and recertifications for operators

  • Manage training assignment and decertification using learning management system

  • Plan on-the-job training for operators to meet on-time shift and area readiness

  • Ensure zero overdue for production operators in scope

  • Deliver training for engineering changes including one point lesson (OPL), read and acknowledgement (R&A) and support deviation investigations

  • Conduct mid-shift training to ensure efficient certification process

  • Report safety and quality good catch and follow up on closure

  • Buddy with Inline-Process-Quality-Check (IPQC) to ensure quality assurance

  • Handle user acceptance tests, monitor new processes, and prepare for audits

  • Maintain system access control for manufacturing operations

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, shift immersion, line tours and related onboarding activities

  • Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness, exercising sound judgement and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled or productivity enhancements within one's scope of work

  • Provide support for instructor-led classroom training, perform credit management, room booking assistance, and other site training programs or events

  • Provide ad hoc training assistance and mentorship & take on ad hoc training-related projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field of studies

  • Understanding of certification processes and quality requirement compliance

  • Ability to use and apply Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

  • Willingness and ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes

  • Proven track record of quality compliance in the past

  • Experience in high bandwidth memory (HBM) or operation trainer role is preferred

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to work in a fast paced, shift based manufacturing environment (permanent day or night shift)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing business needs

    Responsible for monitoring tool performance and scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on your assigned area's equipment. Use mechanical and electronic skills to troubleshoot and repair down equipment. Assist with equipment installs and upgrades and create and modify equipment procedures. Work to increase tool uptime through systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and routine reviews of maintenance checklists and procedures. Works on Fab equipment and tools.
