Job Summary
We are hiring trainers (full-time or part-time) with expertise in F&B, Hospitality, Culinary, or Pastry to deliver engaging training, mentor learners, and develop career-ready skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed academic and lesson plans to ensure effective knowledge transfer during training sessions
- Coordinate logistics and collaborate with facility management to maintain smooth training operations
- Deliver and manage classroom and practical training sessions that engage learners and fulfill curriculum objectives
- Assess and grade assignments, practical evaluations, and assessments to measure and track student progress
- Design course schedules and curriculum content aligned with training standards and industry requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to enhance their skill development throughout the learning journey
- Continuously evaluate and update training content based on student feedback and emerging industry trends
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in any field or equivalent
- Prior related working experience
- Possession of ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is an added advantage

- Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively in online and offline lessons
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging training sessions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively as a team player
- Strong computer and AI skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Renumeration will commensurate with experience
