Conduct training on various treatment technique theoretical and practical
Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
Develop in-house skills assessment checklist evaluating all therapists periodically
Provide training to Staffs such as customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming etc
To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
Collaborating with marketing and retail operation team (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches) support new product launches and event
To furnish the company with the latest marketing development and beauty information. Eg: competitors activities and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate staff's training needs.
Other ad-hoc tasks required
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
