Job Summary
The Trainer cum Product Specialist conducts product demonstrations and provides hands-on training to clinic and salon staff on device usage, supports clients with product knowledge and troubleshooting, and engages clients on product opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients as assigned by the company to showcase device features and benefits
- Deliver hands-on training to clinic and salon staff on proper device usage and best practices to ensure effective operation
- Provide clients with product knowledge and troubleshoot device issues during and after training sessions to enhance user experience
- Continuously update product knowledge and monitor industry trends to maintain expertise and relevance
- Engage with clients to identify product opportunities and support sales efforts, earning incentives for successful sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in beauty devices, aesthetics, or related training and demonstration work
- Confident and clear communication skills to effectively present to clients
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills to facilitate client learning
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and demonstrations
