Job Summary
This full-time Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) offers fresh graduates hands-on exposure to DevOps, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability through structured training, mentorship, and production system experience over 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability
- Support deployment and configuration of cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure stable platform operations
- Work with container technologies (Docker) and apply basic orchestration concepts to streamline application delivery
- Assist in monitoring, logging, and incident response to maintain system uptime and performance
- Write automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve operational repeatability
- Participate in system testing, deployment reviews, and post-incident analysis to support continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based environments to navigate and manage system operations
- Understanding of Git or version control concepts to collaborate effectively on code and configuration changes
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate routine tasks
- Interest in DevOps, systems engineering, automation, or infrastructure to engage actively in learning and development
