Trainee Team Leader

• Lead a team of hand packers and monitor them daily
• Pick, pack and fulfil customer orders accurately
• Load and unload goods during stock delivery
• Ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped out on time
• Track stock movement and update inventory records
• Assist in ordering and receiving incoming stock
• Report any stock discrepancies or damages
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

.⁠ ⁠1 to 3 years of experience in a packing or similar role is preferred

.⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

.⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team

.⁠ ⁠Good physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, and lift items as needed

.⁠ ⁠Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
