The Nail Social is a social enterprise lifestyle nail salon that focuses on non-toxic nail services and creating a calm, welcoming environment for clients and staff. In addition to providing nail services, we are committed to creating training and employment opportunities for individuals interested in building a career in the beauty industry.

We are looking for Manicurist Trainees who are interested in learning nail services and working in a client-facing environment. No prior experience is required as structured training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

. Learn manicure and pedicure fundamentals
. Maintain salon hygiene and sanitation standards
. Assist senior technicians during services
. Provide nail services once trained
. Support daily salon operations and customer service

Training Structure

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training period before transitioning into salon work. Training takes place in a working salon environment with guidance from experienced technicians.

Requirements

. Interest in the beauty or wellness industry
. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
. Comfortable working in a client-facing role
. Able to commit to the training schedule

Candidates who complete the training successfully may be offered a permanent role as a Junior Manicurist, subject to performance and business needs
